14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with Viralynza, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. In addition, refunds are always available in the following situations:

The service was not delivered to you.
The service is unavailable due to a technical issue on our side.
A duplicate payment was made.

Digital service — immediate access

Viralynza provides immediate access to digital AI tools after purchase. By completing your purchase you agree that the service starts immediately. The 14-day money-back guarantee above applies regardless, but outside of that window your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content may no longer apply once access has been granted.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account page. Cancellation stops future charges; access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Outside of the 14-day money-back guarantee, payments already made for past billing periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

You can also look up your order at paddle.net using the email you used at checkout and request a refund directly.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
