Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Viralynza (the "Service"), operated by Gigork Stormrage ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Viralynza is a SaaS product analyzer that scores physical products for short-form video and dropshipping potential and produces hooks, scripts, and angles.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age and, if signing up on behalf of an organization, authorized to bind it.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including: unlawful activity, fraud or spam, infringing third-party intellectual property, attempting to interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping), or reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service, including the software, documentation, branding, and underlying models. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

6. Payments, billing and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen billing period until cancelled. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your Account page; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

7. Service level

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages (lost profits, data, goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where law forbids exclusion.

10. AI outputs

Scores, hooks, scripts and angles produced by Viralynza are generated by automated tools and may be inaccurate. They are not professional, financial or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them commercially and for having rights to any product or content you input.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
